I voted for the Female Cenobite because she's awesomeness every time she speaks, Helena Markos because that movie is legendary, Shuna for showing her monster boobs, and my favorite female horror villain NOT named Kayako, Sadako Yamamura.
And LOL at the picture of the deadly friend. I've only seen the movie once (a LONG time ago on MonsterVision), and it's hard to believe that Craven went from Hills Have Eyes, Swamp Thing and Nightmare on Elm Street to this. Terrible film.

I voted for:
-Female because as TR said, she's awesomeness every time she speaks. She's creepy and easily the third if not second best Cenobite ever IMO. Only Pinhead and Chatterer are in here league as far as the "It" factor goes.
-Julie because she's the hottest f***ing zombie I've ever seen in my life
-Shuna because I just liked her character a whole lot, I like the design of the character and she's able to give off this weird sexiness despite her appearance.
-Jennifer because I have never seen Suspiria, and the other three characters just don't hold my intrest as far as individual characters go.

Female Cenobite, for the reasons you guys mentioned.
Helena Markos, because Suspiria is an awesome movie (though honestly, the actual villain isn't nearly as powerful as the atmosphere surrounding the academy itself...if that makes sense).
Julie for the creepy hotness.
