That show was awesome...except the intro where they showed that clown. I only saw it once and every other time I cowered in fear until it was over

#4 the quality of this next show has greatly diminished in recent years but I'll always appreciate the early seasons of it ![](http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/0/0d/Simpsons_FamilyPicture.png)

I don't remember the clown He was on the intro...you know, the thing before the show began proper. The clown was creepy. I remember there being an entire episode based on clowns that was creepy as well.

so I found the intro
the clown seems a little out of place in the intro

I don't think it's out of place at all. The intro is all about being spooky, and clowns can be damned spooky if used right (or wrong, depending upon how you look at it).

I like that show...until it became Disney's property when was that? I think 1996 or 1997. You don't remember Doug being on Saturday Mornings on ABC, a Disney-own station. You don't remember Doug's First Movie and how it was a Disney movie? None of these things ring a bell

Action Zone (1994–1996) WWF Action Zone was a program that featured the World Wrestling Federation stars in action. The main event of the debut show saw Bret Hart defeat Owen Hart to retain the WWF Championship. The second week's main event had Shawn Michaels and Diesel defend the WWF Tag Team Championship against Razor Ramon and the 1-2-3 Kid. Action Zone lasted from October 23, 1994 until September 15, 1996. Vince McMahon and Todd Pettengill called the first three episodes; after that, Jim Ross replaced McMahon, with Gorilla Monsoon filling in for Ross on occasion.
By the end of 1995, Action Zone became a highlights show that aired Sunday mornings for both Monday Night Raw and Superstars. It was hosted by Todd Pettengill and Dok Hendrix. In 1996, Action Zone was canceled and replaced by WWF Superstars, which had just been removed from syndication
