Since I'm grounded for the summer, I need some suggestions for an RPG to take up my time, preferably with a good storyline. It can be on the NES, SNES, Gameboy or GBA, Sega Genesis, Wii, or just PC, but if it's on the PC it needs to be really easy to run, something that is like 7 years old. My computer was originally Windows 2000 ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png)

Grounded for the summer? What did you do, Kru?
By the way, get Oblivion if you haven't yet. Great game and super time user.

Grounded for the summer? What did you do, Kru? By the way, get Oblivion if you haven't yet. Great game and super time user. I got a C in math and only two A's in the last quarter of school, so no phone or interaction with friends. And now I'm grounded from the Xbox indefinitely, so I've been reduced to watching Judge Joe Brown reruns and pirating Buckethead's discography. On a slightly happier note, I do have Oblivion, only it can only run on my Parent's computer which I have limited access to. I have an N64 so I may try to finish up Paper Mario.

Man that is some messed up bull crap. Do me a favor, let's lay off criticizing Kruton's parents. I don't want to see us get him in trouble or anything if they read this.

Lufia II for the SNES is terrific. Never finished it for one reason or another, but I remember it being enjoyable.

Final Fantasy III aka VI for SNES is good. So is Dragon Warrior IV for the NES.
Both are pricey though. I got them in non-paying ways (VI through a trade, Dragon Warrior IV from my cousin.)

These may not be popular choices... but... they entertained me, so I can't help but suggest them.
Quest 64 and Aidyn Chronicles: The First Mage, both for the N64.

Final Fantasy III aka VI for SNES is THE BEST GAME EVER WOAH. Fixed. ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png) Seriously, FF6. That's my answer for all questions. Even things that have nothing to do with Final Fantasy 6. "How's the weather?" "Final Fantasy 6."

Oh, and a good RPG series found on Nintendo consoles is the Ogre Battle series. Ogre Battle: March of the Black Queen on the SNES, Ogre Battle 64 on the N64, and Ogre Tactics on the GBA are all really fun games, particularly OB64; that game will keep you occupied for a long time if you try to get the different endings.

I'll throw Chrono Trigger into the hat. It needs a mention anytime some one brings up good RPG games.
And I also agree with Katy about FF VI/III
