It's not really ancient, only about 13 years old.
I still have mine and play it on occasion too, whether it's Mario Kart or Goldeneye with some friends.

I loved the N64 era. Ogre Battle 64 was just an awesome, awesome game.

if that's a relic, then Then what does that make the NES?
N64's okay, but i was more of a PS1 fan when it comes to that era.

yeah Majora's mask is kinda lame, mainly because the way it saves pisses me off.

Majora's Mask wasn't as fun as OoT, but I'd still rather play it than most newer games.

one of my main problems with the game is waiting in certain places for people....and I have very little patience
that and the game isn't really fun

Yeah, some of the side quests to get certain masks can get kinda tiresome.
Still think it's a fun game, though, and I liked taking on a Goron form to roll over everything in my path. ;D

I only really remember them from Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess, but Gorons are so awesome. I love that noise they make when they unravel out of their ball form.

I liked how they were enemies when you first encountered them in TP. Even if you couldn't kill them, it was still fun to be able to fight 'em.

They shot flaming arrows at me, which was was pretty hardcore.
...at least I think they did that. I remember they would try to roll in your way.

You also got to have a sumo wrestling match with one of their elders, as I recall, which is pretty cool.

The only way to win was to cheat and use the iron boots though.

The only way to win was to cheat and use the iron boots though. if you're not cheating, you're not trying

The only way to win was to cheat and use the iron boots though. True. But the Gorons didn't seem smart enough to figure it out, or object even if they did, so all is fair in love and war and whatnot.

Yeah they did kind of come across as pathetically stupid in both Ocarina and TP.
I prefer them over Zoras though.
