That is indeed a landmark episode. The entire Green Ranger thing was just amazing back in the day, and still is.

Eh. I liked the movie back when I first saw it, and I still do. Part of that is obviously nostalgia, though.

I just want elaborate on what I said about the movie before
the only part I thought were stupid was the Rangers having the ability to restore Zordan back to his state as the head floaters guy, and Ivan Ooze was a horrible choice as the bad guy

But, at the same time, he kinda worked, as he provided a new threat that hadn't been beaten time and time again in the show. And while the way they brought Zordon back was kind of silly, they had to do something to bring him back. Leaving him dead likely wouldn't have gone over to well.

somewhere in the middle is a gigantic zord that spits fireballs that I don't remember at all
no clue what it is at all

That was the carrier Zord. It was basically just something for the Megazord to ride around on like a knight or cowboy on a horse.

What's weird is that the dinosaur one was used in the first and third seasons, but a turtle one was used in the second season. Then again, I read somewhere that they just used the toys for some of the higher-powered attacks and formations towards the end of the original series, so maybe it's just a case of one of the guys involved having one of the dinosaur carriers handy.

That just made him even cooler, back in the day. I much preferred his Green Ranger and even White Ranger days to his Red Ranger ones.
