I've never heard of one of those... and the other is the bane of my younger years; I rue the day it was created and released. You macakphistogo...that's the word I promise to invent for the likes of people who hate The Lion King.

#3 Dark City 1994 was the year of The Crow brought to startling life by Alex Proyas. Unfortunately, The Crow's legacy has now become Brandon Lee's last movie before his tragic death resulting in a reputation that is over hyped. I'm not knocking The Crow down or anything but it's a good, border-line great film not the best comic book movie ever. However, Proyas's follow-up, Dark City, was a much better than The Crow and best of all, no had to die to overhype this masterpiece. Proyas has created a world based on circles, repetition and a lighting scheme influenced by film-noir. Then best of all, it's a mystery has the movie focus's on some amnesiac that is literally thrown into a nightmare situation where he has no idea who he is, has people after him and has mind-powers that he doesn't understand. We're involved with him every step of the way as we try to figure out the mystery of the city, memories and his destiny. It truly is a once-in-a-lifetime movie. Awesome Moment 1: Where the city actually is Awesome Moment 2: Kiefer Sutherland memory concoction to Rufus Sewel Awesome Moment 3: William Hurt finding his old partner gone crazy

Okay, surprisingly, I have no only heard of this movie, but I've seen it as well. Or, I think I've seen it; I can't remember if I saw the whole thing or only part of it. Either way, though, I liked what I saw.

Eh. I saw Dark City on tv a few times. Maybe if that other movie was on tv more often, I'd have heard of it as well.

#2 Terminator 2: Judgment Day It took 7 years, $100 million, an arsenal heavy enough to fuel a few South American skirmishes and a roman numeral for James Cameron, Schwarzenegger and Linda Hamilton to come back to the Terminator saga but it was all good. This is the best action movie ever and I mean EVER! The only thing that differentiates it from the rest of the action movies is that it's a climbing movie. Every scene expands on the previous, raising the stakes or making a bigger action set piece. Truly magnificent. Awesome Moment 1: the opening credits Awesome Moment 2: The T-800 emptying a machine-gun clip on the T-1000 Awesome Moment 3: The T-800 showing his robot arm to Miles Dyson

#1 Fight Club For those who know me, this is no surprise for I hear all of you sighing. For those who don't, is this really a surprise? I mean, men beating each up and causing anarchy seems like my kind of movie. However, that's not why this is my favorite. It's my favorite cause it is a life-changing movie for me. I have always credit this movie for making me the jerk I am today but before any of you want to build a time machine to stop me from watching this, the old me was a pathetic wimp, even worse than me now. But before I get all caught up in the past, this is still a movie. It seems to be almost schizo in its design. It claims to be anarchic but it's produced in the most slick way possible for mass consumption. A movie that wants to stop the reign of terror while also producing and glamorizing it. The sense of duality is always prevalent in this movie. What will the next movie have to do to dislodge this? Be equally or more life-changing than this...and that is quite a task. Awesome Moment 1: Tyler's odd jobs Awesome Moment 2: The rules of Fight Club Awesome Moment 3: opening credits

I really, really need to do one of these lists myself. The only problem is that I'm horrible at putting things I like in lists based on a ranking system. Most things, I tend to like the same.
