So, with the movie coming out soon, I figured it was time that I showed that I'm not just a Transformers dork. I'm a GI Joe one as well. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) I was going to upload pics of my GI Joe collection to kick this off... but alas, I'm having difficulty with the camera I used to take them.

So who is everyone's favorite GI Joe?
Besides the obvious choice (Snake-Eyes), I think mine is a tie between Beachhead and Barbeque.

Snake Eyes was my favorite as a kid, but other than him... Sgt Slaughter... cause I was also a wrestling fan as a kid.

I loved ninjas back then.

Given the popularity of TMNT, I think many people were fans of ninjas back then.

Well, just got back from the theater...yeah, that movie was way better than Transformers 2.

I thought it was awesome. I'd be hard-pressed to decide which I enjoyed better, this or ROTF, though.
I hope it turns out to be as successful as the first Transformers movie, though, 'cause we NEED a sequel.

For those interested, Toys R Us has a sale going on for the Rise of Cobra figures: two for $9.99. Good deal indeed, if you ask me.

Hmmm...as a kid, I think I was most fond of Gung Ho, Shipwreck, and Duke. Although, truth be told, I was always much more of a Cobra fan than a Joe fan. I loved Zartan, Cobra Commander, Destro, Dr. Mindbender, and the Baroness (way to kickstart my puberty early, you hot evil lady!).
I haven't seen the new movie. It doesn't look good to me. Sorry, guys.

My biggest complaint about GI Joe right now is the price of their vehicles.
Earlier this year, they packaged the small vehicles into two-packs for 17.99, while the slightly bigger ones were offered by themselves for that same price.
Outside of that, though, I love the movie and I love the figures for the new toyline.
