As someone whose bedroom looks like a toy store, the idea of my collection coming alive and trying to kill me in my sleep gives me the heebie jeebies. So, I'll admit that killer dolls creep my out.
But I'm still going to go with Pazuzu on this one, even if it has a funny name.

While I am not a fan of the Exorcist franchise as a whole, and definitely not the first movie, Dolly Dearest is just a terrible motion picture.
Therefore, Pazuzu by default.
