First Round Results:
1.Colin Quinn eliminates Joe Piscopo, 8-1. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it.
2. Steve Martin eliminates Tom Hanks, 5-4! This is the kind of spontaneous publicity he needs!
3. Norm MacDonald eliminates Dana Carvey, 6-2. Well, isn't that special?

GILDA RADNER was a member of the original cast of SNL, and actually the first person cast for the show. She left the show at the end of the 1979-80 season, along with the rest of the original cast. In her time on SNL, Gilda has played: a spoof of Barbara Walters (named Baba Wawa), Roseanne Roseannadanna, a woman who would go into graphic detail about the disgusting habits of celebrities on Weekend Update, Lisa Loopner, a very nerdy girl who often interacted with Bill Murray's Todd DiLaMuca, and Emily Litella, a woman who would rant about "important" topics that she had misheard (i.e. "Violins in Television). She also performed impressions of Annette Funicello, Jackie Onassis, Lucille Ball, and others. Her work on SNL earned her an Emmy award, and her own "Best Of" DVD.
Outside of SNL, Gilda released a film version of her one-woman show Gilda Live! featuring SNL alums Don Novello and Paul Schaffer. And, not related to SNL, she starred in Hanky Panky, The Woman in Red, and Haunted Honeymoon, all with Gene Wilder.
TRACY MORGAN was a castmember from 1996 to 2003. He also made cameo appearances several times after leaving the show, and came back to host in 2009. In his time on the show, Tracy created such characters as Astronaut Jones, who went to outer space to collect stones and look at alien titties, Brian Fellow, who hosted a nature show and imagined the animals were deliberately trying to sabotage it, the director of the film "Rocket Dog", the black James Bond, Lamont Bond, and Woodrow, a crazy homeless man with a heart of gold. His impressions include Harry Belafonte ("Pokemon is a slave trade, and Pikachu is a slave master!"), Maya Angelou, Mr. T (including the TV Funhouse sketches where he tried to find work), Shaquille O'Neal, and Star Jones. Tracy Morgan has a "Best Of" DVD, as well.
Morgan's SNL related works include roles in Half Baked with Jim Breuer, Head of State with Chris Rock, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back with Will Ferrell, and The Longest Yard with Rock and Adam Sandler. He also plays a fictionalized version of himself named Tracy Jordan on the show 30 Rock, acting alongside Tina Fey, Alec Baldwin, and Chris Parnell.
