Stay Puft gets my vote for being made of delicious win; didn't bother voting for any of the others as well, though.

This round gets a big meh from me. I went with the popular vote just to seal it, though.

This round gets a big meh from me. I went with the popular vote just to seal it, though. We're nearing the end of round 1, and there really aren't much "themes" left with the rest of the contestants so I had to stick with this one. I feel ya though.

The year's not accurate on that, is it? 64? 2001 maniacs is a remake of 2000 Maniacs made in 1964. Englund played the character in the modern one of course, but the character itself debuted in the old one, hence the debut year.

Joey and Johnny. I dig Stay-Puft, too, but he's gotten plenty of love already, so I figure I'd throw a vote The Changeling's way. It's a fine motion picture.

I was first trying to figure out why a picture of a movie from 1964 looked so modern, and then also where Englund found his time machine in order to go back and make that movie.

You thought it was Oswald on the knoll? It was FREDDY, baby!

I don't think anyone thinks it was Oswald on the Grassy Knoll.
He was clearly in the book depository enjoying himself a soda.

Alright, I'll work on the next match tonight. My days have been busy as hell with cleaning the other house and packing and s***.
