I did, when Carl found out that Elly had filled out the Things I'm Going To Do part of the scrapbook with pictures of them together.

No, but it was sad.

I did, several times. First with the opening montage, then when Carl was flipping through the scrapbook, and then at the end....it is a very moving film, and if I had my way, it would be nominated for Best Picture at the Oscars. I have yet to see a film in recent years that hit all the emotional chords that UP did, live action or otherwise.

Yeah, it deserves a BP nomination, but it won't get it. I swear, they made the Best Animated Category just so they wouldn't have to give the big award to Pixar.

This would not surprise me in the least. WALL-E would have walked away with it, and UP deserves to as well....and I think TOY STORY 3 is going to be just as moving as UP was, and just as good. The Academy really needs to recognize the efforts that went into these animated films....merely saying "You were the best cartoon, congrats!" is not enough.

I did during the montage near the beginning, and almost did at the end during the scene that Katy mentioned.

I didn't cry, but I had my heartstrings tugged at. Curse you Disney and Pixar, you know what emotional buttons to push.
