Meanwhile, in Japan, more giant monster sightings have taken place. It seems that a Cloverfield Monster has been sighted rising from the depths and heading into Tokyo. Due to footage found at the original Cloverfield site a.k.a. Central Park in New York, Japanese officials know there is no chance for their military to stop the invasion.
However, conviently for them, this is one of the times that their scientists has the King of Monsters under control. In an effort to stop as much damage as possible, they send the mighty Godzilla to meet Clovy as soon as possible.
