They really should have made Wheelie a Scout-class toy. Still, it looks cool, so I'll be picking him up once he's in stores around here. The only one I won't be getting is the new Brawl; I already have that mold from its previous release, so I don't really want or need it.

Oh, I know. I've read about how the Deluxe-class Brawl toy breaks easily. That's why I haven't opened up the one I got from the last line, and I only bought it because Wal-Mart was selling it for dirt cheap anyways.

Hell if I knew about the problems with the first figure I wouldn't even brought the repaint

Ah, okay. Well, I guess that gives me more incentive not to open my own Brawl. I think I'll just stick with fiddling around with the Leader class version.
Also, I've found info on the Wave 3 Deluxe-class figures; it'll consist of Mudflap, Cannon Bumblebee, Interrogator Barricade, and Ravage.

And Hasbro Toy Shop already has the Wave 3 Deluxe-class figures for sale if you want to buy them online

It definitely is. I mainly got it because I thought it represented the character from the movie best, though. I mean, he was a big character, so he needed a big toy. That's the same reason I got the Leader-class Bulkhead from the Animated line, rather than the smaller and cheaper Voyager-class version.
And I'll wait for them to come out in stores, so I don't have to spend money on shipping and handling. What I really need to do is start chatting with the girl I know who works at the local Toys R Us, and see if she can give me a heads up when they put out the new toys.

Well, I just got back from checking the local Toys R Us, and they have a new store exclusive: a two-pack of Autobot Whirl and Bludgeon. They're both just repaints of figures from the previous line, though. Bludgeon is a repaint of Wreckage, and Whirl is a repaint of Evac (who in turn was a repaint/minor retool of Blackout). So, I passed on it, as 34.99 is a bit expensive for a pair of repaints of toys I already own.

I saw Whirl and Bludgeon a couple of weeks ago I'll wait and see if the price drops, but with Toys R us they could sit at that price for a while

Cool news about Wal-Mart. But is it just the online site, or are the actual stores having a sale as well?
